ELONN: How is life treating you?
Tonto:    Life is treating me really good and I thank God for His mercies

EL: 
What part of Nigeria are you from?
Tonto:    I am from Rivers State, Port-Harcourt, Ikwere.

EL:
When did you get into the movie industry?
Tonto: I got into the movie industry in late 2006

EL:
Describe your name in five words.
Tonto: Well I just have only one name but i guess you mean TONTO means HOLY. Am a very simple person, God fearing, strong, dedicated, stubborn, and impatient woman.

EL:
We all love your attitude in any of your movies! Can you tell me more about that?
Tonto: My roles. I read my script over and over again to be able to absolve and understand the storyline, I break it down by characterizing my role. It gives me the privilege to be able to sink into this role by feeling the joy, pain, happiness of this character I’m playing.

EL:
Which movie will you say made you famous?
Tonto:    Holy Cross was the movie that brought me into limelight.

EL:
Are you married yet?
Tonto: Ooh, am not married.

EL:
Are you in school right now?
Tonto: I [have been] through with school, in 2008.

EL:
Any plans of coming to Canada
soon?
Tonto: Well for now, I do not have anything bringing me down to Canada.

EL: 
Apart from acting, what else are you involved in?
Tonto: I am also a shrewd business woman.

EL:
What is your vision for your career?
Tonto: Acting is a part of my life, [I love it] so much and each day I think of a brighter light on it. Nollywood is great but I do not intend to stop there, I want to take it further to Bollywood and Hollywood. That is my vision for my career.

EL:
Who are your role models?
Tonto: I really do not have role models but I have a couple of people who I admire a lot. People like RITA DOMINIC, INI EDO, JULIE ROBERTS AND AL PACINO

EL:
How would you rate the Nigerian movie industry? From a scale of 1 to 10 and tell us why?
Tonto:    Nollywood is a growing industry but I might not be able to scale it; but I can tell you that the future of Nollywood is bright.

EL:
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Tonto: In five years from now, I see myself achieving my dreams in the industry and also the oil sector.

EL: 
Any message for your fans?

ELONN:
What is your favorite fashion icon and why?
Tonto: I do not have a fashion icon as I just dress to fit.

ELONN: Describe your style?

Tonto:    ROBERTO CAVALLI, GUCCI, DOLCE AND GABANNI, ZARA, JIMMY CHOO, and GUESS

EL: What makes you happy?
Tonto: Success is one of the few things that bring happiness into my life.

EL: Who are your African designers at the moment?
Tonto: My favorite African designer is Tiffany Amber
