BREATHE DEEPLY

Water is considered a flushing agent and could aid in dehydration which in turn would keep the regular amounts of needed vitamins in your system against stress. At least eight glasses of water a day are recommended.

TAKE A WALK
Walking is a form of exercise, which is useful against your stressors. It takes your mind off the things that bother you and also helps to raise your blood flow as well as increase your lipids (HDLs). A higher HDL cuts your chances of high cholesterol which could lead to stroke or heart attack.

DON’T STAY UP LATE
It’s important not to stay up late doing nothing as that would increase your chances of ruminating on the negative, leading to more hypertensive clouds.

MAKE LOVE
This would have the effect in reducing stress I most people, bringing happiness and positive things to you.
